JAM principals have specialized in oil spills and emergency response management since 1991 and have been actively involved in most of the major oil spills in Florida and the Southeast during this time period. We provide 24 hour, quick response 365 days per year. Our personnel are 40-hour HAZWOPER trained and CFR 1910.120 certified. Our supervisors have received comprehensive specialized training in their fields of expertise assuring our customers the proper emergency response for each specific incident. JAM provides industrial cleaning services for a large diversity of businesses. We respond with the required equipment and trained staff to execute industrial cleaning and maintenance of a variety of projects. Our Industrial Services include:

Tank Services
JAM Maintains a multi-disciplinary staff of 40-hour HAZWOPER trained CFR 1910.120 certified personnel trained to work on above ground storage tanks and underground storage tank (UST) sites. Mobile storage tanks, each capable of holding up to 21,000 gallons, are also available for onsite storage of usable products or wastes during tank cleaning operations. Our Tank Services include:
- Tank Cleaning and Pressure Washing
- Vacuum Waste
- Waste Disposal
- UST Removal and Destruction
- Contaminated Soil Removal and Disposal
Our technicians are trained to enter permit required confined space areas to pressure wash and vacuum wastes from all types of storage tanks. Tanks meant for disposal are then removed, rendered inoperable and transported to an approved disposal facility.
Leaking tanks increase liability and adversely affect property value. We have successfully worked with landowners and environmental consultants to effectively restore property value and reclaim many sites by upgrading or remediating the effects of leakage, and disposing of the wastes
Vacuum services
JAM vacuum trucks can hold a combined total of approximately 30,000 liquid gallons and most are also equipped with pressure washers for on site cleanup and decontamination procedures, our VacCons are equipped with a self-powered sewer jetting line. Our Vacuum Services include:
- Tank Cleaning and Vacuuming Pipeline or Sewer Jetting – ½” to 18”
- Small Diameter Line Jetting.
- Wet and Dry Waste Vacuuming
- Boiler Cleaning/Ash Handling
- Liquid Transfer.
- Non Hazardous Clean up.
